Aïoli sauce recipe

We heard about Emilie from a friend who used her travel services twice. They spoke so highly of her we figured we had to visit France just to meet her. We traveled to the Loire Valley with another couple and she interviewed us separately to understand what we wanted to see and do and what we didn’t want to do. As a result, she designed a perfect trip with lodging and an itinerary that we all liked. We have been fortunate to have traveled to Europe several times and each time we laboriously researched activities and numerous B&Bs through many websites. Emilie did all that for us and supplied us with a book that detailed everything - we started to call it the bible. She set us up at B&B’s, chateaus and castles – complete with a Count and a Prince. All accommodations were very comfortable, accommodating and friendly. Emilie had clearly vetted and stayed at these places since the owners knew her. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I don't know how she does it but we realized it wasn't any more expensive than when we did all the work ourselves. Thank you, Emilie.

I can't say enough good things about Emilie and France Just For You! From start to finish, Emilie was responsive, listened to our requests (and changes) and planned a wonderful trip for our 20th Anniversary. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed and everything was perfect. We will definitely use them again our our next adventure.

Our trip to Paris, Normandy and the Lore Valley could not have been more enjoyable thanks to all the personalized attention that Emilie gave our requests! She even delivered on the perfect weather we asked for! All of the accommodations were very comfortable and the hosts were so friendly, helpful, and fluent in English.
Although I am not usually a wine drinker, I really enjoyed the wine tasting Emilie arranged. The advance purchase tickets to Giverney
saved us hours standing in line. It was a dream come true excursion for us, all made very easy by Emilie's expertise and attention.

And even when things didn't go perfectly-- like a flat tire on the rental car or a pilot's strike which resulted in the cancellation of our
light, you still remained by our side and managed the process until a solution was reached.

We are experienced travelers world-wide, generally organizing our own itinerary or having a travel group help us with a tour-for-two, and a personal guide, in several select locations. This was our first visit to France. So to be on our own with the guidance and extremely comprehensive written support of France Just For You was just remarkable and very reassuring. We felt completely confident during our 26 day tour from Nice to Paris, and we were astounded by the range of experiences offered to us. The accommodation choices were lovely, and all of our hosts were extremely gracious.
