Cancellation

If you have an emergency and have to cancel/postpone your trip to France, you can count on us to do our best to find solutions.

Travelers who must cancel their journey can receive refunds of their journey fee - excluding the non-refundable fees. 

For all Packages, a cancellation:

  • Earlier than 45 days prior to Day 1 of the tour will result  in 30% of the total price (the required down payment) being retained by  FRANCE JUST FOR YOU.
  • Within 45 to 30 days prior to Day 1 of the tour will result in 50% of the total price being retained.
  • Within 29 to 1 day(s) prior to Day 1 of the tour will result in 100% of the total price being retained .

We highly recommend that our travelers purchase return transportation and tour cancellation insurance. 

Travelers who are properly insured get a full refund from their insurance. France Just For You will provide all the necessary paperwork.

We will always do our best to accommodate our travelers. These are the booking changes conditions:

  • For minor booking changes, such as a change in the rental car category or an additional pre-reserved activity, the difference in price, if any, will be charged to the Traveler. This is of course, subject to availability.
  • Major changes, such as change in travel dates or modifications to the itinerary, will be considered as a cancellation of the initial trip and a rebooking to reflect these changes.
