Cancellation

If you have an emergency and have to cancel/postpone your trip to France, you can count on us to do our best to find solutions.

Travelers who must cancel their journey can receive refunds of their journey fee - excluding the non-refundable fees.

For all Packages, a cancellation:

  • Earlier than 45 days prior to Day 1 of the tour will result  in 30% of the total price (the required down payment) being retained by  FRANCE JUST FOR YOU.
  • Within 45 to 30 days prior to Day 1 of the tour will result in 50% of the total price being retained.
  • Within 29 to 1 day(s) prior to Day 1 of the tour will result in 100% of the total price being retained .

We highly recommend that our travelers purchase return transportation and tour cancellation insurance.

Travelers who are properly insured get a full refund from their insurance. France Just For You will provide all the necessary paperwork.

  • Major changes, such as change in travel dates or modifications to the itinerary, will be considered as a cancellation of the initial trip and a rebooking to reflect these changes.

Emilie and Guillaume planned a wonderful trip for us. The B&Bs we stayed in were outstanding. Every recommendation -from restaurants to walks to things to do and see -was wonderful. They were very responsive to all our questions and concerns. I recommend them VERY highly and without reservation.
